U.S. government considers U.S.-made fighter jets for Ukraine

Kirby, a strategic public relations coordinator for the National Security Council (NSC), said yesterday that he was considering providing Ukraine with US-made fighters.

"It's not going to happen in the short term," Kirby said at a press conference, saying the Biden administration was conducting a preliminary investigation into the feasibility of providing fighters.

He also revealed details of the new $ 270 million military aid to Ukraine. 580 self-destruct drones (unmanned aerial vehicles) "Phoenix Ghost" will be provided.

According to the State Department, additional support also includes the high-mobility rocket artillery system "Himes."
